If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. See Damages and Issues below for details.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color selection, or preference.

If you’re unsure on sizing, please refer to our size guides before placing your order.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
